You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API tokens, and proxy authorization details. You agree to notify IPNera immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
IPNera provides residential, ISP, mobile, and datacenter proxy connections intended for legitimate business activities including data aggregation, market intelligence, SEO research, brand protection, and ad verification.
IPNera services may only be used for lawful purposes. Users must not use IPNera proxy services for fraud, phishing, spam, malware distribution, credential theft, unauthorized access to systems or accounts, network attacks, illegal data collection, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Users must not use the services in a manner that disrupts, damages, abuses, overloads, or interferes with third-party systems, networks, websites, services, or other users.
IPNera reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the services where prohibited, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity is detected or reasonably suspected. Where necessary to protect IPNera, its infrastructure, customers, providers, or third parties, such action may be taken without prior notice.
All purchases are subject to current pricing at the time of order. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our standard Refund Policy. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees related to their purchases.
IPNera services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPNera disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
