  • Proxy Authentication & Connection Logs: Proxy authorization timestamps, source IP addresses used for proxy access, and traffic volume statistics for performance monitoring and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Information

  • Proxy Authentication & Security Logs: Retained generally for up to 30 days. Logs may be retained longer solely where strictly necessary for fraud investigations, abuse mitigation, security incidents, payment disputes, or legal obligations.
  • Account Information: Retained for the active duration of your account and processed in accordance with our account deletion procedure upon request.
  • Financial & Transaction Records: Order, transaction, and invoice records are retained for the duration mandated by applicable commercial, tax, accounting, and dispute resolution laws.

6. User Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as the cancellation of your IPNera account.
